Yes my back still messed up. I went to work. And yes I went to gym. The only thing I chanced was doing Smith machine calf raises which didn't feel too bad...

That would be the 💪 in me not wanting to give up. With the dumpster full there was nothing left for me to do and then I left early.. was going to call it quits at 1045 but lasted till 130 when it was all said and done...... Anyways, I'm still in pain. This really sucks as there was just a 3 day...
Pulled my lower back by lifting a tote of books. Left work early. Made sure I filled up the roll away dumpster first,.which put me at a stand still. Tonight is questionable..

Yeah will have 80 Monday 88 Tuesday and then we're going to have a high of 57 on Saturday 🤣.. I'm outside working right now building a lumber mill so hopefully I don't lose too much weight on Tuesday
Weather is great over here. 74 yesterday with a breeze blue sky white clouds. Eating the same crap. Chicken rice eggs grits except I'm throwing pizzas and cookies in as well. We'll try to hit legs today. We will be in the 88 this Tuesday though 88th and cloudy 🤔
