I was on it for about a year as Nebido form my endocrinologist… would take a shot every 14 days. My levels, if I recall, were always in the 800-1000 range … but I would “supplement” periodically which would obviously throw off my bloods.
Looks good bro… my favorite simple run is 350 of test, same on the GH (2-3 ius) … but I find tunibol a far better oral than anavar. Although I haven had great anavar in years …we use to get saveint (spelling?) pharma grade in early 2000s … 10 -15 mgs daily was all you needed.
In south fla on business … 90 literally in this gym… first time in 10 years I couldn’t lift in a hoodie … I don’t know how you Florida guys do it … almost pass out after cardio .,. Drench and nauseous lol
So I posted this originally 2 years ago… my protocol has changed drastically… I now microdose everything in 28 gauge .5 slin pins into small muscle groups. TRT @ 50 mgs compounded test cyp EOD. I’ll add NNP at same dosage after the holidays for 12-14 weeks with proviron. But microdosing has...

There are some “reputable” peptide sources around … I’ve toyed with them over the past few years …to me quality AAS and diet can achieve: healing, wellness, mental positivity etc. Even in a greater capacity then growth hormone … so in my humble opinion save your $$$. Peptides to me are like HGH...
1 gram is the mostly widely accepted norm… but variables such as age, metabolism, body fat %, daily cardio play a huge role. I know guys who are really lean who take in 5000 calories daily and 2 grams per day, and guys who swear never to go over 100 gram and 2500 cals all year long. So, guess it...
Not sure bro… my mom did the cooking and she is jewish… but she cooked more middle eastern foods that traditional Jewish dishes. But cooked ham and potatoes, stuff cabbage, and stew for my dad.
Over the years I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to eat and entertain clients all of the country in the best restaurants etc. honestly, when I’m in Pittsburgh… this little joint is in my top 5 … ever! Pierogies here are insane! I too grew up on them … such a East coast food… butter...
