I don’t know how you Florida guys do it… 90000 degrees / humidity in every gym!! See how you guys stay lean … lots of jacked dudes and girls in Miami! Hanging at 214.5…
Agree … I have gone 6-7 days per week for years … although my 400 lb benches and 100 dumbells are not even in my thoughts anymore and haven’t been in yearsss… but if you listen to your body and smart with nutrition and Chems … I think rest days are over rated! My opinion, legends in 70-80 never...
Hey brother! I think some older guys, like myself, just don’t use a ton of gear and elect to allow younger (more ballsy) guys participate. But I see your point … which is general participation on topics, etc. I see some member jump on every contest and wonder … what the hell they going to do...

Aging …my skin isn’t nearly what it use to be. And … I keep rep range in the 12-15 range … injury avoidance, but obviously not going to build density anymore with that weight … coming to terms with body limits with age is a mental challenge!
Thx brother… longevity is the key to this lifestyle! Getting close 50… the dieting is the easy part … as age creeps up, the 45-60 min day of cardio is the killer. Moving forwards going to try and stay under 220 all year. We all like to look “big” … but getting the weight off is a bitch as you...
Started at 231-232 lbs…currently 213.2 lbs …so that concludes the weight drop… dropped the SARMS two weeks back… dialing back the test from @SRx 300 test prop to 225 test cyp for the summer … maintenance and focus on clean eating. Will eventually get back on 2-3 ius of growth.
Agree with @Kad1 … hip flexor, periformis stretching / strengthening is so essential. Things you can at home while watching TV… I do a ton of one leg kettle bell pendulum lifts and Bulgarian split squats as well.
