As I age, I shy away from heavy movements. I still do them just keep the rpe down to 6-7.
I still love the high rep pump.
IMO..Props to you for using your head sir. Too many guys ignore the sides for the results and sacrifice years of their longevity and quality of life.
Im all about free will and personal choices. Diminishing returns is not my thing.
Hahaha It’s amazing how everyone responds differently! Lady var made me feel extremely toxic and bad. Turnibol (sp) gave me great results on low doses but killed my lipid panel.
Tren is kinda on the table for me… maybe at low doses. Maybe when I turn 70 in several years.😂
