Everyone is soooo different.
I will add that I spent two thirds of my career (20 years or so) on 2nd shift so there weren’t any alarm clocks. I just slept till I got my nap out. Usually 7-9 hours
I snored loud and stopped breathing but Ive never experienced the daytime drowsiness except for the 2-4 pm after lunch thing. Who knows. It might be helping me and I just don’t know the extent of it.
I’ve been using a cpap for about 10 years. It wasn’t the complete game changer I had hoped for. It does help. I know my wife sleeps much better when I use my cpap hahaha.
Posing is a skill set onto itself brother. I am no bber… not even close so all I have is an opinion. I know a lot of guys hire a coach just for that.
