@Weedwars I saw your post and wanted to make sure you had seen this. Looks like you already got squared away with a new source but didn’t want anyone to be left out who was affected and may want in. Sorry to hear what happened to you. I’m glad you hit those antibiotics fast.
Man I feel for you 😦 do what you gotta do to give it plenty of rest and recover to your fullest. Do your best you can to workout around it like you said. Adversity builds character. You’ll come back stronger.
I like to switch it up. I just did P/L/P for 16 weeks and loved it. While I cruise I’m going back to body part split 5-6 days a week then next blast plan to go back to P/L/P and another meadows program.

Bad constipation. Was awful bloating and gas after meals, and I mean bad. Going keto fixed the later 2 but I still have the first. But much more manageable. If the bacteria is gone then I’ll slowly add back in carbs and try to figure out what is still causing the first.
