What is everyone’s favorite bodypart to train?
My favorites are quads and back. I used to hate training legs, but the feeling of putting the hammer down and hobbling out of the gym is simply euphoric. Love it!
What do you all just love to smash?
It’s crazy how badly tren affects lipids. Much worse than most orals in my experience. I was in the hospital once for an unrelated issue and they did blood work. My hdl was 12 lol.
Yes, DHB isn’t for everyone and you can get more bang for your buck with compounds like tren, etc. I like to keep it in the mix to switch things up though!
Ment is a great compound, and one we haven’t added yet. We do have DHB which I really enjoy.
Tren is king in my opinion when it comes to bang for your buck. Of course it comes with a lot of sides for many.
As for orals, superdrol seems to be the best for me. After a few weeks I’m a zombie though.
Test base and the drol on top can significantly increase muscle mass and strength. If you are looking to gain tissue, you are going to have to eat accordingly. Figure out your RMR and add some calories from there. Regards.
