    @Dirtnasty , just make sure you keep up on your de loads. It’s very easy to transition from a strength building phase to a meet prep phase, but don’t push your strength building so hard that you actually start to detrain yourself…

    Found a 4 day kettlebell split that I’m going to run for 6 weeks, then after that a little more intense kettlebell split for another 6 weeks… will be interesting to see how my body responds to the change in workouts, and hopefully it helps to make things fun again
