    I think a hand pump will just blow through a delicate syringe filter, you should check out higher capacity filters preferably .22 micron that hold anywhere in the range of 50ml - 1kml

    Yes it’s very common for heartburn in all types of orals either from filler or the compound itself, ie anadrol gives me the worst outta all the orals but what I do is take zantac daily and have tumms on hand to give it a double punch

    Agreed on the scale thing, it can really fuck with your mind if you hop on that shit every day. I try to weigh myself about once a month just to see where I’m at, i pay more attention to what I see in the mirror and how I feel compared to some numbers on a scale…just my 2 pennies and a ball of lint
