@SemperFi what’s your protein ratio? I was always worried about getting too much when I was keto because of what I’ve read on gluconeogenesis. What are your thoughts on this? 1g/kg seems low to me.
Didn’t get any lifting in yesterday unless you count lifting my damn water heater out and putting a new one in 🤬. I’m now down .2 lbs. I’m not sure what’s going on. I added 200 cals a couple days ago. Got an abbreviated leg workout in this morning.

I’ve heard good things from the couple of people I know who have used it. I searched the interwebs and it seems hard to get a hold of without a script.
Has anyone used this or know much about it? I have a family member who’s using it and swears by it for weight loss. I searched the site and didn’t find any posts. I don’t need it but I always like to learn.

Hit legs today. It was a battle for plates at my gym so I just went low and slow on leg press. Haven’t hit scale in a few days. I’ll check it in the morning. Family all asked me if I was on steroids at Thanksgiving dinner 🤔.
Finally back in the gym today. I’m down 0.2 lbs since last week which is less than I thought. Diet kinda took a dump when I was sick. Felt ok today other than choking on some phlegm. Tried to hit a few different areas to catch up plus I’ll be missing Thursday.
