    I tried to look this up but didn’t see much info about it. I’m just starting my first cycle of test cyp and was wondering if there is a “best time” to take it. Would it be best first thing in the morning or right before bed or does it not matter? Thanks in advance

    I usually have 3 applesauces and a rice Krispy treat about 30 mins before, then on heavy days, I will eat a poptart during and drink cranberry juice. if its a light day, i will just do the preworkout snack. I have brought pocket steak (steak I wrapped in tinfoil) and munched on that bastard...

    I have the same issue, days off I usually slip up and eat some shit from the local deli. I just don’t feel like doing shit on my lazy days and I need to prep for those days off to keep on the wagon.

    I throw my belt on anytime I’m benching over 450 because it helps me brace my core and keep my lats tight. Nothing worse that getting a lat cramp when I’m holding 500 over my chest.
