    Arms or legs? To improve first

    Ooo… hmm I think it’s more important to hit a larger muscle group such as the quads and hammy’s. Maybe someone else could chime in and tell us what they think. Personally, I’d prioritize legs over arms.

    Give it a go Maki! Look up other bicep workout variations and try them out as well. When i workout my biceps i like to make sure i’m putting almost all my focus on the negative motion. I try to keep my swinging to a minimum as well. cheers

    it’s kind of sad to see people actually buy into these “services” Well OP, you win some and you lose some Forums, such as ugmuscle, would probably give you better workout plans and advice than those facebook fitness gurus.

    100% agree with you op. Many people claim that their diet is “on point” yet they’re floating at 20% bodyfat and looking for advice on a cycle. diet is key. People need to study more about nutrition rather than studying all the different compounds.

    mmm i find that using bicep curls works out the longer head of the bicep more. Hammer curls works out my forearm out i do both hammer curls and bicep curls haha
