How long do yall travel to workout?

Around 8miles there and back for lower body and 12miles for upper body. Same gym but it has a different location for each because of the amount of equipment.

    Carnivore Diet? Anyone ever tried?

I’m the same way. I feel like I’m actually eating less and less meat. Just getting protein through other means and I’m still growing and getting stronger. The only meat I’m actually eating is 7oz of chicken breast and 4eggs. Other than that it’s iso shakes, fat free cheese, fat free Greek...

    Carnivore Diet? Anyone ever tried?

Agree with this. When I did keto they prescribed me t4 and tried to put me on statins

    Second cycle thoughts

You’d have to get bloods ran. That’s the only way of actually knowing what’s going inside you. Its impossible to give a definitive, one size fits all answer. If you’re feeling achy and fatigued then it’s a good sign e2 could be low but going by feel isn’t a good way to do things

    Second cycle thoughts

Definitely make sure that you don’t crash e2. There’s several cases where equipoise lowered estrogen. Not saying it will crash your e2 but with the ai in there you definitely need to keep an eye on it

    Carnivore Diet? Anyone ever tried?

I thinks it a very interesting take on keto. I know a couple who love it. Try it and see. I would try it but I don’t do well with out any carbs in fact in I’m one those people that no carbs actually leaves me weaker, stringy and looking soft.

Anyone run Test, EQ and NPP

It’s not a bad cycle per se and a not uncommon. My only thought is that I don’t think you’ll get anything noticeable from the eq with the npp. If you’re running the eq for an appetite Increase it makes sense though.

Advice for a 5 day split

You might like the old max ot routine. John Meadows routines have already been mentioned. Another 5 day routine I liked when I was younger was phat.

Going back to a low volume routine

Usually with warm ups, workout and stretching maybe an hour and 45 minutes. Try and stretch for about 20-30 minutes everyday. Leg day might be longer because it takes me so long to recover after each exercise. Tuesday when I did legs I used the tru squat because I can no longer do free weight...

Going back to a low volume routine

Awesome. Love the bodybuilding history. I think a lot of younger guys could benefit from the less is more mentality. It’s interesting how he said they were over trained. I wonder if that’s part of the reason guys are bigger now? I know that’s obviously not the only reason. Did he ever post the...

Going back to a low volume routine

I agree with you on this one. I don’t 100% agree with the logic or reasoning behind the whole article however I do like the basics of it. I think some of it like the cns stuff is very out dated. I think someone could use the basics here and turn it into a great 4day split which I’m actually...

Going back to a low volume routine

Here’s the cut and pasted article: There is gear recommendations however I think you can completely take that out and everything else is great information This is written by Big A so I take absolutely no credit for anything below: This is a general guide for beginning and intermediate...

Going back to a low volume routine

Had to take a week off from the gym I was running myself into the dirt on a 6 day moderate volume routine. I loved the program but I just couldn’t keep it up. Any more than 4 days and I just can’t recover properly, same with higher volume training. So I switched back to one of my favorites. Big...

What bb, coach, etc has had the most influence on you

I met Dusty Hanshaw at the Arnold incredibly cool guy. I felt like a star struck kid lol. I think the scariest looking guy I met was Martyn Ford lol he was just unreal. Looked like a movie monster. I’d love to meet and work with John. I go to the gym with Skip Gillon, Cydney Gillons dad I was...

What bb, coach, etc has had the most influence on you
