We took it easy this spring as last year on top of my oldest son playing track and baseball, the triplets were playing soccer about 4 days a week as well as my 8yr old daughter (she also was doing cheerleading).     What size needle do you pin withand where?

    25G 1.5” needle for glutes (depending on leanness a 1” may be fine if low BF). Use an 18G to draw dose before switching to the smaller 25G.
