Afternoon boys, got off 38 hr shift today. Pretty busy 38 hours. 1 fire, several medicals and false alarms and 1 Jack ass on a motorcycle hit a car head on at high speed. Flew about 50ft before hitting the curb. Car picked him up and left the scene. He had to be fucked up. The metal gas tank was dented from his ribs.
Made chicken parm tonight. Trained arms today

Smoked two chickens short ribs and baby back ribs. Some meat for the week. Trained cardio in the bedroom three times today from leftover cialis overdose. Lol. Got leg of lamb and a rib roast from Meijer (got out just in time as a random boner was starting). Both cuts were on sale. Rib roast only $6 per pound and the leg of lamb was same. Nice cuts too. Gonna smoke those tomorrow and will be set for meat for the week. No workout today. But first thing 5:45 doing circuit training with the team tomorrow morning. Cialis should be worn off by then otherwise gonna wear my carnhart overalls to the training lol.
 
Ya know @Kad1 it’s really bothering me that you put the sauce on top the cheese.what the fuck.
