Noticed my recent post and figured it’s time for a quick intro. Started lifting at 16 during my high school football days, so I’ve been at this for about 15 years. Despite that, I’m relatively new to the forums (but I have been a member for on this one for a couple years)
After medical retirement from the Army, I got a degree and an office job. I lift consistently and am currently dealing with a bout of lifters elbow. Waiting for that to stop so I can bench again. I’ve done my fair share of reading up on cycles, but not much practical experience. A couple test only cycles and a few orals.
Looking forward to learning from everyone and sharing ideas.
