Hi John! After spending time with my dad in the hospital I decided I’m going to fix my issues myself. I started taking 3 supplements which have improved my GERD/hiatal hernia symptoms. I haven’t had chronic hiccups, vomiting, or acid reflux much at all in about a week. I’m so grateful! Non stop hiccups for days is torture. If any of you guys have issues with GERD, this is what I’m taking:
- 12mg ivermectin twice a day
- 5mg methylene blue (once or twice a day)
- 86mg zinc carnosine once a day upon waking
My spine pain is still bad but I mask it with kratom, tianeptine, extra strength Tylenol, DXM, CBD/CBG gummies, aspirin, and stimulants. It’s much better than it was a year ago. I’m able to workout with light dumbbells seated on the ground or lying down. I can’t do lower body or cardio; no repetitive motion like walking or bike riding. I’m really pleased though. I was all the way down to 164Lbs. Now, I’m back up to 194Lbs. I talked to a guy who was paralyzed after his spinal fusion surgery so I’m going to just be patient and try to heal things on my own. The MRI says I have severe narrowing in my S1, L4, and L5, with moderate disc herniation at all levels. I’m trying to take a lot of natural anti inflammatory supplements.
