Anything that will reduce systemic inflammation should help some. I do my morning spine stretches and avoid AAS that dramatically increase hemoglobin like equipoise and Anadrol. There are a lot of supplements to help reduce inflammation: fish oil, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, cayenne, black pepper.
AVOID sugar and processed foods, soda pop, junk basics.
MCT oil has anti inflammatory properties.

I feel HGH heals my old body better than anything. Although, HGH has both anti inflammatory and pro inflammatory properties.
It heals sciatica injury on rats:

Growth hormone treatment enhances the functional recovery of sciatic nerves after transection and repair

Pablo Devesa et al. Muscle Nerve. 2012 Mar.

Abstract

Introduction:
Although nerves can spontaneously regenerate in the peripheral nervous system without treatment, functional recovery is generally poor, and thus there is a need for strategies to improve nerve regeneration.

Methods: The left sciatic nerve of adult rats was transected and immediately repaired by epineurial sutures. Rats were then assigned to one of two experimental groups treated with either growth hormone (GH) or saline for 8 weeks. Sciatic nerve regeneration was estimated by histological evaluation, nerve conduction tests, and rotarod and treadmill performance.

Results: GH-treated rats showed increased cellularity at the lesion site together with more abundant immunoreactive axons and Schwann cells. Compound muscle action potential (CMAP) amplitude was also higher in these animals, and CMAP latency was significantly lower. Treadmill performance increased in rats receiving GH.

Conclusion: GH enhanced the functional recovery of the damaged nerves, thus supporting the use of GH treatment, alone or combined with other therapeutic approaches, in promoting nerve repair.

Go with all the dietary foods and herbs to reduce inflammation. HGH is healing my muscles crazy fast but my sciatica still hurts while sleeping which is causing me to turn from sleeping on my left side to my right side and back every hour. Not sure HGH is helping the sciatica. The morning stretches I do are a must or I hurt all day.

got any advice on Sciatica relief
I had a touch of it as a young man… and cracked two vertebrae in my lower back.

Personally for me:

Cleaned up my diet

Chiropractic care

Light stretching

Omega 3

Walking with different strides

Working on my posterior chain along with different core/ab training

I also drink lots of water and diet cranberry juice.

Currently experimenting with gac injections

Using an inversion table made my sciatica much worse. It increased inflammation around the spine and I was in the worst pain of my life for a month. I was bed ridden. Had to crawl to the refrigerator and toilet.
I have degenerative disk disease so there’s virtually no disk space between my vertebrae. I feel sciatica pain most while sleeping lately. I hope it doesn’t get bad again.
I had to stop using AAS for over 9 months to help my sciatica. My hemoglobin was 25. My blood was extremely thick which made the sciatica flare up horribly.
Is your hemoglobin high?
If so, donate blood and drink at least a gallon of water minimum daily, and make sure you do cardio. This will help lower hemoglobin if that is adding to your sciatica.

GAC injections are comprised of three amino acids: Glutamine, Arginine, and L-Carnitine. These amino acids exist naturally in the human body and influence the production of human growth hormone (hGH), fat loss, muscle growth, and more. Supplementing them can help these processes happen faster. To take things a step further, combining GAC injections with a balanced diet and exercise routine can maximize results.

My joints are feeling great with this.

Please keep us posted. It’s on my list if I ever suffer another injury.

There is surgery you can do where they notch out the disk. I’ve been debating doing this because my sciatica has been messed up for months now. Stretching helps and electrodes make it feel better for a little while. Inversion was helping but now I feel like it makes it worse. I find moving around, light walks keeps it from getting worse.

Ya I’ve been working crazy hours like 7 12s lately been doing home physical therapy it seems to help Im trying to do everything to avoid surgery should be done with this job in a week or so gonna dig deeper into my options and different stretches I found some on you tube yesterday Im gonna try I also feel the same about the inversion table helped at first now seems to make it worse
