How Do YOU Lose The Most Weight?

Wondering what everyone here does, I know you're not just utilizing a calorie deficit and some cardio.

What compounds are you leveraging?
 
I’ve been on an ozempic script for my beetes and I have lost weight.

Coffee does it for me too.
 
Reta 1-2mg weekly
Mots C - 2mg daily
SS-31 2.5-5mg on training days

Diet stayed 100% the same, training same, cardio the same and I dropped about 7-8 lbs pretty quick.

I plan on using this combo, plus Slu-pp in prep starting in January. The goal will be to use as little clen as possible while keeping labs looking clean as I can!
 
Thinking about this and I am not proud of this one bit… nicotine lozenges help keep the weight off me. I was dipping 3 cans of tobacco a day for about 30 years. I quit that with the help of the lozenges and have been hooked on them for about 10 years or so. Terrible terrible habit.
