I got a medical procedure tomorrow and my bp is a little high

I got a medical procedure tomorrow @ 2 which requires my by to be less than 180/100 im good on my top number but my low number is staying in the 90s how much cialis would anyone recommend and when? Tonight or tomorrow???

Given its not much but maybe 1mm per 20mg of cialis roughly I dont think you should take that much without causing other issues. See where you’re at in the morning.

Well its different standing and laying down. laying down is about 1mm and up to 4mm standing. Im presuming the procedure is laying down but since its a long acting drug I would take just a small dose of 20mg this evening and check it later in the morning. if you needed to adjust a bit then give enough time in morning for it to work. about an hour at least.

1 pill should do it but I would let your doctor know before the procedure

Cialis. Taking too many bp meds will cause more problems. You’re on borderline for the procedure you dont need to change much. But they also need to know what you are taking in event something happens during procedure and they need to do something. Actually maybe better to not take anything now and let doctor know since Cialis can also thin blood. You dont want clotting issues if a serious procedure.
