I had ribeye and Mac
And cheese for brunch. Hitting. Legs then rotisseries and ramen and other meals thrown in maybe some protein shakes to not get to high in caps
Today as tomorrow will be high calorie day
 
Rub eye was bad choice I’ve been on verge of throwing up whole workout
 
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Snack was chocolate milk and honey bun. Lunch was chicken breast cooked in Dale’s. There went my sodium for the day. Had a mass gainer shake. Spaghetti with ground turkey for supper. Legs tonight.
