JULY 9TH INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Good morning yall.Work today,finishing up a deck still hot out.Might go to gym later,might not,I shoulda went this morning cause most likely I won't have it in me after working in the heat all day.Anyfuckinways breakfast was vanilla Animal shake in the blender with strawberries,and a peach chobani drinkable in it,5 turkey sausage,bananna,water.lunch will be whatever the homeowner makes for us,or sometimes she orders us lunch.Dinner will be flank steak on grill using charcoal,a baked potato with the works and salad,romaine,tomatoes,water chestnuts,red onion,zesty Italian dressing,2 bush beers.

No work maybe gym between my Mess uo and break up just not feeling much right now. Like I feel nothingness
 
Training chest and triceps after work tonight. Meals have been chicken breast and potatoes. Steak tips and rice. Egg and cheese on English muffins. Probably a shake too
