June 21st installment of diets and training

Good morning all. Did traps and forearems this morning. Breakfast was cinnamon frosted pop tarts,banana,4 turkey sausage,coffee,water. Not sure about lunch or dinner for that matter.only working half day today,then go hangout on the lake at my dads,im blessed,one of my sisters and my dad live on lakes,i love all types of bodies of water.Today i am grateful for the lakes,ponds,rivers,streams,and the ocean i have access to.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Half day in office.

PT this afternoon.

Probably won’t train… maybe some tmill if anything. Who knows.

Well my news texas bar is at gym can fit my jhands where I need them. Now if I could only take sleeves of cerevus and put on texas so I have that extra plates space
