Good morning all,on way to work.All the new windows and doors are installed gonna start the siding today.No gym either.Breakfast was drinkable peach chobani,1 plain bagel,bananna,strawberries,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch,home owner said she was making it.Im not sure about dinner either,maybe some surf n turf,with a salad...
Today I am grateful for my daughter and my relationship with her.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I may get some little red potatoes to switch carbs up for a week. I reached the point of even jasmi rice doesn’t seem nice. I don’t feel low on energy yet becuase I’m still fat but I’ve been dumping rice from almost one meal every day.
