So What Had Happened Was…

ATV ride at Midnight. Flipped it into a swm pond. Landed on 18” boulders.

Ironically, the ATV was upright, running, and unscratched.

Me, not so much.

Broken rib, two fractured vertebrae in lower back, and multi-fractures in the Scapula.

Lucky enough to get an appointment with my local nfl team’s head ortho and after they consulted w/ 5 doctors it was advised that surgery wasn’t worth the effort and that it should heal on it own.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

I can’t throw any rocks. I’m thinking we’ve all paid a price for an “active” lifestyle.

Nobody bothered telling me that all that crap I pulled broke strained cut smashed etc etc doesn’t go away… it reappears later in life.

9.1.24 Fast forward to 11.15.24

I have been cleared to being "strength" training my upper body by the Ortho.

She was very literally impressed with the recovery the damage showed on the imaging.
The recovery and strength shown was 30% ahead of were it should have been.

Thank you daily 500/500mcg of BPC157/TB500 and 500/500mcg Ipamorelin/CJC 1295 (no DAC).
