Timing on arimidex dosage and caber dosage

Well my caber and arimidex finally came in.I am on Test P 150 and 100 Npp eod…10 week cycle…optimal time for arimidex @ 50mg eod and .25 caber twice a week…My question is do I take arimidex the next day or after the shot and same with the caber?

Adex 50mg? I’m guess that’s a typo.

Personally run your gear for 6 weeks then get bloodwork and see if you even need an AI or caber. Don’t just take it to be taking it.
When you do take it I take it day after shot.
I run 500mg test a week and don’t need any AI.
Everyone is different. I’m on 750mg of test and 300mg of mast now. And I take .5 arimidex once a week.
Bloodwork, bloodwork, bloodwork .

WHEN I may use those compounds, I use them together on the day of an injection on the theory that THAT is when my E2 and/or progesterone is likely to spike, and I want to get ahead of the curve. Works for me. The acid test for me is bacne. If I get it, I missed the window.

If I’m using test e or c at 500mg or higher I need adex .5 2x a week. On test p 400mg a week I take adex .5 every 4 days. Caber .25 every 3 days works for me. As said above. Wait for blood work first
