We are 4 weeks in a 12 weeks squat cycle. Hulk Juice @SRx. I was planning on using it to finish out the cycle as a pre-workout. I just found out that memorial day there is an event at my gym which consists of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run
While wearing a 20lb vest
I’m wondering if the hulk juice would make me feel a little sluggish and perform terrible or if I should just start as planned for the last 6 weeks of my squat cycle. What would you do?
