    You can’t detoxify your body. I hear this a lot. Your lungs, liver, kidneys and colon in simple terms act as filters. However if you’re body is toxic you are probably dying. There’s no way to actually “detox”. You can’t sweat out toxins. The body doesn’t work like that

    Intense muscle is a good forum. It’s skip hills. It’s a rarity as it’s all about training and diet. I steer clear of evo as well. They have a bad history.

    That’s what I did. She’s stuck with me now jk My wife is very supportive. I told her last year I was going to actually buckle down and compete this year and the only thing she asked was how much money do I need, when the date is and what she needed to cook or any other way she could help.

    Inspected 3 75+sq 12/12 roofs in 90degree weather 10th day in a row. I’m dead but I get $200 a roof. Have an amazing wife and an incredible baby girl. Relaxing in bed waiting on the melatonin to kick in. Life is good and I’m blessed
