Arms fall asleep when lying down
I have the same issue. Turns out it is carpal tunnel and if I do proper stretches to alleviate nerve pressure it is less bothersome. It is common in lifters.- Dutchpharma

Anyone uses 1/2 Insulin syringe for Test?
