53 6’ 190 reached my full height of 6-1 and hovered around 135 through higschool and 5 years of college. Worked out on and off since 1985. Only weight I gained was from finally filling out to about 160. Back in the day the talk was “weight gainer” didn’t work for me. I’m here to study look and listen so I can try a new cycle in January. Did my first last feb. dieter down from 185 to 170. Then with some test e and 3400 calories a day got to 200 in 3 months. I now maintain 190 and have improve a few lifts went backward in a few and stayed the same on the rest. I’ll ask stupid questions and offer anything I think I’ve learned in my research of all this…
