    Yeah I do 8 to 12weeks on, 3 months off. In the 3 years I ran it 3x. I like that lean hard feeling. Besides this stack I’ve only ran test only, never tried anything else.

    I have been running test, tren, mast. 3 years on/off cycle. I got good results, and want to continue to lean/cut. But I also have bad joints problems, read Deca helps the joints. I have never taken deca, any advice if I should add this to my next cycle, and how should I run it?

    Tren and anavar or winstrol. Libido

    I am on the same cycle. And like @John said proviron is good for libido. But I am also using DBOL the first 4 weeks to kick start the cycle to give that extra boost in the gym. I am only using it on days I need it.

    Beats our gym owner. He bought but thought it was more for glutes work outs. I agree with @NeuroRN I can’t deal with the lower back pump. Sometimes it ruins my whole workouts. But I must say I added the reverse Hyper to my routine this morning. Just like @Dirtnasty said it helped loosen the back...
