I’m with you there. I hate it when I have to change to something new. I like to stay steady and comfortable with what I always know. And when you’re forced to move on it takes some getting used to.
Yeah same here. They see you in great shape and with good habits in the gym and they want that. But maybe 1 out of 20 will actually follow through with the advice I gave.
If anyone here has use this. I would love to see some before and after pics.
I have some sitting in my safe. Just have never used it yet. Kinda wondering dosage and frequency. Things like that also.
