It is hours upon hours of treadmill, stairmaster, and still utilizing the weights as they further push the water out of the muscles.
Then there is the compounds and taking the right amount while not taking too much which can cause cramping.

I got 8th out of 12 via open, I was told I need to be more dry, the size was there, but I gotta be more diced... I WANT TO CRACK TOP 5 OR WIN AN OPEN SHOW.
