Navigating the board
I have the UGM app on my phone as it’s really the only way I can view posts. The problem I’m having is finding posts/topics primarily in the sponsored section. They all have the padlock icon and I can view certain threads but can’t reply in order to ask questions. How do I go about getting the... -

Pullovers
The machines are great…when you can find them lol I never liked db pullovers until about 10yrs ago. I’d do a set if 20rep deep breathing squats then immediately hit a set of 15-20reps of deep breath pullovers. Nothing else made my entire upper body expand like these- rocco-x

Good to see some solid brothers
Hey guys…just came across this site a few weeks ago. Had to finally upload the ugm app to read and post up. I see a lot of good dudes I’ve had the honor to share boards with thru the last 12yrs like Mountain-Man and dragonslayer…place looks tight. Just the way I like a board to run.- rocco-x
