    True, but if you ever decide to give it a try trust me when I say the dmaa not only makes you feel good it also keeps you going non stop. I’m not saying I depend on it but I will say that the effects it gives me are addicting lol.

    Well I would go hard but the problem is that when I do I end up with a hemorrhoid and a anal fissure. Which I have at the moment so it makes it worse cause I have to go “light”. But once I get better same thing I start lifting heavy and then boom there it is again. Hemorrhoid.

    I got some medicine prescriptions that I’m taking but it doesn’t seem to be doing much. Yes I eat fiber and watch what I eat. No I don’t eat spicy foods I do tend to push at times when going to the restroom but not constipation problems.
