After 18 yrs of on-off lifting w/o any chemical assistance, I jumped on the enhanced bandwagon in late 2016. Total gamechanger. Finally got to the point where no one would dare ask me "do you even work out bro?"
Not bb huge or cut but definitely large considering 6.75" wrists on a 5'11" frame. Also, genetics are god awful for athletics / muscle growth - dad is 5'8" mother is 5'2, both were rail thin in their youth before becoming obese in middle age (dad weighed under 120 lbs in mid-20s). Brother is 5' 9.5" 160 after putting in 4+ years of dedicated lifting (started out at 135 lbs)
Current stats: 240ish lbs, 16.5 to 17" arms (depending on water retention), 34.5 " waist, XL shirts are often very tight in chest and arms, bf% in high-mid teens currently since bulking, when cutting i get it down to low mid-teens.
Current cycle:
Mon - Pin 250 mg test undecoanate (nebido) + 400 mg deca
Tue (work out day) - 10 mg var x 3 during day before workout
Wed
Thurs- Pin 250 mg test undecoanate (nebido) + 400 mg deca
Fri (work out day) - 10 mg var x 3 during day before workout
Sat
Sun
Keeping calories btw 4500 and 5500 (more post-wo 48 hrs), protein 350 to 400 gm, no protein shakes or bars, low-to-moderate fat intake, very high carbs, only real food + choc milk, lots of rice and bread
