Paypal non-delivery scam
Just fyi everyone, I would suggest not using PayPal to order stuff, websites are giving people old tracking numbers that have delivery scans, and not sending out the items people order. PayPal requires documentation that it was sent to a different address but there isn’t documentation that can...- Youts

The best shoulder exercise I’ve found is get in a power rack, place the pins so you can sit on the floor with legs straight out. Then do seated presses that way.- Youts
