Ok I was goig to say it doesn’t look like you’ve really added any fat. You could probably push the food more. But it’s also great to just be adding lean mass and a whole bunch fat covering up the hard work
I plan on dosing creatine at abo ur 20g. Day to see if I can get some of the mental benefits seeing as the other supplements that have made
