Awesome man thanks for the feedback! Only thing I would recommend is to have some caber or prami on hand brotha for any prolactin issues that may arise from the tren a. At 300mgs a week you might not even need it but it’s better to be prepared IMHO . Definitely keep us updated on your progress...
Phew… I feel like I would be so flat looking and lethargic after 18hrs of no eating. But I am going to try fasting come May, I also want to incorporate cardio during this trial and error phase of fasting ( I never do cardio lol )
I might give this a try, I too feel tired and sick all the time. 1 question I do have is do you train in that 6 hour window? Me personally about 70% of my food intake is in a 4 hr window of my training session. Do you do the same with intermittent fasting?
