Hahah I’m just thankful I only had some minor physical setbacks. Not enough to lose all progress or need surgery. It definitely made me recalibrate though.
I have my goals, but all I really focus on is making a little progress each day.
That’s what I keep telling my friends. I haven’t benched over 225 since I fucked up my elbow. So, 6-7 months. Been rebuilding my chest just fine with that weight, dumbbells, and high but slow and controlled reps.

Stay on for a year. Maximize that dose for your body. Have your training and diet damn near perfect for your goals.

Just be careful. Please. I was told by multiple overseas pharmacy that there’s no where to even get raw powders anymore. Maybe that changed since I asked about it, but both independently said no one should be able to Carry it anymore.
