The only reasons I say telmisartan is ideal for enhanced lifters is it gives us the protection we seek, it only slightly effects blood pressure, and it has a 20 hour half life.
If you need the BP lowering effects of an ARB then losartan is a better choice.
I’ve only used as pwo once or twice. I do know it’s an extremely liver toxic compound. I think they usually say two weeks on two weeks off. It’s better suited for force production in powerlifting, but I know a few of the guys love it as a pre workout.
If you’re already on losartan for BP control I’d say stay with that. Losartan lowers pressure much more effectively than telmisartan.
