I’d die. When our heat index hits mid nineties no one works outside. Fam is great cept youngest daughter is drawn to drama and has been hanging out with stupid kids that pretend they are a different color and from the city. I hate that. But she live with her mom I can’t do anything about it.- Rusty

Dads Are Way More Important Than Most Realize
That is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We see it in our own communities. Children raised in single family homes tend to be more problematic then those raised in a whole family environment. Not all but there is definitely an X factor in there.- Rusty

June 11 Sunday edition of diets and training
Still just ordinary job for workout. Trimming and setting doors. Breakfast was three eggs and toast. Lunch a chicken sandwich and dinner was smoked beef ribs with roasted asparagus and Brussels sprout.- Rusty
