Here’s a couple off-season pics of back and chest. I normally don’t show my back much as I’m rarely happy with it. Still using Mountian dog training and one of Johns top trainers for my pump day workouts and now nutrtion.
Holding about 237 in AM and will start prep next week.
Low bar squatting puts a lot of strain on your arms and joints trying to hold it. Unless you’re a power lifter just wanting to push numbers it’s really not useful. I’d go back to using traditional technique if you’re looking to build muscle.
