    I love how deep it goes! I get the best stretch on my chest of any exercise. Try to go down as low as you can! I see people using bumpers at the gym and their form is shit and they don’t go down all the way.

    In all seriousness, Right now it’s this flat Hammer isolateral bench. I go super deep, let the bench basically rip my chest in half and then push out of the hole. It’s like taking a projected particle cannon to my chest. Massive pumps. Bigger than I’ve ever had on a chest exercise
