I was going through this thread and then I spotted a man who is wearing thong slippers I’m not sure if this was part of the thread but it brought me to a bad place lol
I have found jump rope to assist especially ez on the knees and lowe back I started with a 1/2 speed rope now I am at 1/4 pound Utilize it in between sets to get the heart rate back up which will help me in the long run with my metabolism and work all those little muscles that I don’t normally...
I train pretty intensely I pretty much right basic information on here as for me a reference point
I may not write everything that I do but this is pretty much a summary as to as a girl as I got sweaty fingers and I’m not typing stuff down as I’m really going through it at that moment in time...
I put down the exercise that I’m going through I may not put it exactly at the time that I’m doing it but it’s a reference point for myself because I know what I can do and I keep moving so for example those are my sets I’ll do sets of these I’ll do reps of use and make sure I get perfect form
