I’m a lineman on a pretty shitty system. It very taxing on the body and some days workouts suck do to lack off sleep. But if you don’t go there’s no telling when you will be able to. When I was pumping tren I didn’t sleep so for awhile it worked lol. Healthy wise ill probably hold off from it...
Really does help also progressive overload even few week increase your weight by 5 lbs. It will add up in the long run. Also can incorporate chains and bands.
My bench never went really high until I started doing pull-ups and dips everyday. I’m 195 with a 380 bench atm. Negative reps are very important to but need a spotter to do them properly.
Thats who I use. I’ve found for myself that I need 12.5 at least 4x a week to keep good estro levels at 500 mg dose. But I’m unluckily estro sensitive.

I’ve read that there are some cases where estro doesn’t directly correlate with test levels. Mainly being in pct was the reference I read about. Since the individual got off cycle with both elevated test and e2. His test dropped so fast e2 didn’t follow and actually suppressed his natural test...
