    I use to never get nerve pain from my glutes but now that I’m low on bodfat my dumbasss tends to hit it everytime. So I’ve just avoided my legs this cycle which sucks.

    I ate like I was 700 lbs and drank on top of it plan to do a fast tomorrow and will start cutting back carbs some. To clean the bs out the system.
