I get anxiety when I work overtime and miss my training. Then when I train I worry I’m not going hard enough lol. I’m just wired tight always have been. Used to drink a lot so I didn’t have to deal with it. I’m too old for that now though so I just deal with it.
I get morning anxiety every now and then. Just waking up super anxious. Usually when I’ve got a lot of stressors in my life. Could be something you’re working through subconsciously.

Not gonna lie I had a rough couple days. No training, called in to work. Just in a funk. I feel better today though. Actually my body feels amazing after two days off. I never really have a day where I’m not either working or training or both. I’ll call it a mini deload.
