    I fasted today until 6pm then had a bbq chicken sandwich, carrots, and some chocolate. Today was school work day. Trying out fasting to see if i like it for studying, its good but at about 5pm i had to stop do to hunger.

    Freakiest look was Test e 350mg, Tren a 50mg, inj. yk11 30mg, 4iu hgh. That said i will probably never run yk11 again is that has never been tested no humans, or even animals for that matter. Strongest Test, Deca, hgh, slin, anadrol,. Insane bloat developed gyno. This was my powerlfitng cycle

    I like to pin my delts preworkout, or most muscles before a workout except lats they always feel too tight. If ypu workout your lats the day after you pin they feel swole

    I followed alexander bromley for awhile his programs. Then matt wenning strength. I really liked his belt squats 5x12 5 ssc eccentric to add quad size, but its hurts bad. Now im making my own workouts as im only wprking out 2 maybe 3 times per week due to univeristy
