Everything here in Cali is closed pretty much except for restaurants and grocery stores. Restaurants can only do to go orders and that’s about it. A lot of fights happening over water and lines are crazy at places like Costco. Streets are empty and no traffic what so ever.
Gym was dead yesterday… no body was working out everybody was watching the news and standing around the cardio machines. Took advantage and killed the shit outta my shoulders and arms. Cardio is dangerous rn 55 min on stair master…

I did test,npp, and dbol for the first 4 weeks then switched it up to test and deca and removed the dbol… bulked me up really well lost like 5 lbs of water when dbol was cut. Sitting at 220lb rn strong afffffff… as far as EQ I would probably just use for appetite.
Honestly I just use wired cause less hassle and never lose connection, above all not battery issues… nothing sucks more than a dead battery and no music in the gym…
Welcome to the forum… as far as your question goes what are your goals in the gym to get huge? Maintain what you have at the moment or go for a pro card and start doing competitions?
